2.Surface treatment:

 

Spray paint , sandblasting, anti-rust liquid,PVC Power Coated,

 

U-V proof powder coating, electro galvanized(zinc)

 

or hot dipped galvanized finished with powder coating or as requested .

 

3.Materials:

 

 

 

The wrought iron fence is constructed in 60x60 tube, 20x25tube, 14x6 flat iron. It is given (HDG) undercoat, then powder coated with a heavy duty baked on Jet Black finish for a wrought iron look. Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel provides the maximum in strength and corrosion protection available.

 

 

 

 

4.Size:

 

 

 

the design should be followed the customers requirement. the following is the normal size:

 

- Post enlarged by 25% from 2” to 2-1/2” square - Post resalesrced by internal rib to resist bending - Rail enlarged by 25% from 1” to 1-1/4” high - Rail resalesrced internally to resist side impact - Picket enlarged by 25% from 5/8” to 3/4” square - Holes to mount rail eliminated from post design; replaced by stronger exterior bracket

 

 

 

5.Color

 

Black Matte is our standard color. Also,you may chose your favourite colors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.Installation:

 

 

 

The fences will be prepared the screw holes, and you just put the screws to fill with the holes and fix it.
